Every class,

explained

Eight ways to get on a reformer. Some build the foundation, some take it apart. All of them are 45 minutes, capped at 12, and run at every studio unless it says otherwise.

01 The signatures

Start here, then climb.

In order of difficulty

Slow, controlled, and sneakily effective

Classical AF is where good Pilates habits are built. Slow and controlled with clean, classic movement that targets deep muscles and builds serious core strength. Don’t mistake the pace for easy — the burn is real and it shows up exactly where it’s supposed to. All levels welcome. This is your starting point and your foundation.

OG Reformer

Classical roots, fast paced with athletic movement

OG Reformer takes classical Pilates foundations and adds modern, athletic movement — dynamic sequences that challenge your strength, balance, and agility all at once. A step up from the basics but still approachable for all levels.

OG Reformer Amped

Our OG, turned all the way up

This advanced, high-intensity class takes the signature OCP modern Reformer workout and pushes it faster, harder, and heavier. Expect nonstop sequences, athletic flows, and a serious full-body challenge that builds strength, endurance, and control. Not for beginners — this one’s for the seasoned Pilates athlete ready to sweat, shake, and conquer.

Arms, Ass & Abs

Three focus points. One relentless burn.

Arms, Ass & Abs is methodical and intentional — and that’s exactly what makes it so effective. Each muscle group gets worked through a deliberate sequence of counts, pulses, and holds that layer on the burn until your muscles have no choice but to give in. You’ll feel every rep during class and remember it the next morning.

02 Specialty classes

Same reformer, different day.

Restorative Pilates

A soulful reset for body and mind

This yoga-inspired Reformer class focuses on gentle movement, long stretches, and mindful breathing. Lights low, music soft — you’ll leave feeling released, centered, and ready for what’s next.

Jumpboard

Cardio on the Reformer, Pilates-style

Using the Jumpboard attachment, you’ll power through spring-loaded sequences that feel like a low-impact trampoline workout. Perfect for building stamina, agility, and explosive strength.

Before you book: this class is not suitable during pregnancy or with spinal injuries. Contact us if you are unsure.

Tabata Pilates

Reformer Pilates meets HIIT

This heart-pumping class combines sweat-breaking Tabata intervals with athletic Reformer movement, blending classical and creative moves in a timed format. You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, and you’ll discover just how strong (and fast) you can be.

Strength & Flexibility

The best of both worlds

This class is designed to build muscular strength while opening up tight joints and tissues with restorative movement. Ideal for athletes, beginners, or anyone looking to deepen their practice, it’s a slower-paced burn that improves mobility and resilience in every session.
